About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Financial Crimes Specialist, where you will play a key role in handling low to moderately complex financial crime investigations and identifying process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in financial crime initiatives to prevent and detect financial crimes.
• Analyze and review financial crime assignments to identify areas for improvement.
• Recommend solutions for complex financial crime situations.
• Provide information to Bank's personnel to support their understanding of financial crime policies and compliance.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in Financial Crimes, Fraud, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery, Corruption, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team.
• Ability to work independently and make informed judgments to drive business outcomes.
• Knowledge of financial crime policies and compliance to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
What We Offer:
• Competitive pay rate of $40/hr to $44/hr.
