Job Summary

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Clinical Nutrition Manager II to oversee the clinical nutrition program at HCA Florida Capital Hospital in Tallahassee, Florida.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day clinical nutrition services, including inpatient, outpatient, adult, and pediatric care.
  • Lead and develop a diverse clinical staff, including dietitians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Execute and maintain Sodexo standards for clinical nutrition programs.
  • Integrate with the client's organization, becoming a trusted adviser and member of the leadership team.
  • Represent the department on hospital-wide medical staff committees.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nutrition or related field.
  • Completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND).
  • Eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and registration within 120 days of hire.
  • At least 13 months of clinical nutrition management experience.
  • Three years as an experienced practitioner with proven supervisory or management experience.
