Job Title: RN - Private Duty Nursing

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide private duty nursing care to patients in their own homes in Springfield, IL.

About the Role:
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to pediatric and adult patients in their own homes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor patient responses.
  • Document patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of Illinois.
  • Current Health Certificate.
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
