Position Overview
JT4, LLC is in search of an entry-level IT professional who possesses a foundational understanding of computer systems and a growing enthusiasm for information technology.

Key Responsibilities
Under the guidance of senior IT personnel, the selected candidate will undertake a variety of technical duties, including but not limited to:
  • Logging and tracking service requests and technical documentation.
  • Providing follow-up assistance for service inquiries.
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation and reports.
  • Supporting data entry tasks for designated projects utilizing relational databases.
  • Conducting initial analysis and troubleshooting for technical issues.
  • Executing additional related responsibilities as assigned.

Working Environment
This role is situated in a standard office setting with typical office-related tasks. Candidates should be prepared for occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds and must maintain mental alertness while managing deadlines.

Qualifications
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of one year of relevant academic training at a college or vocational institution.
  • One year of related experience may be considered in lieu of formal training.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A willingness to work collaboratively within a structured environment.
  • Eligibility for government security clearance.
  • A valid state-issued driver's license.

Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated salary range for this position is between $44,844.80 and $51,563.20 annually. Benefits include:
