Position Overview:
We are seeking committed individuals to become part of our team as Facilities Enhancement Technicians on a temporary basis. In this role, you will engage with various retail and hospitality units, benefiting from competitive compensation, adaptable schedules, and opportunities for personal and professional development. Our experienced staff will provide the necessary training and guidance to ensure your success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute fundamental cleaning duties utilizing standard housekeeping tools
- Identify and report any irregularities within the facility
- Complete designated projects and manage inventory levels
- Assist in the relocation of furniture and the routine upkeep of equipment
- Be prepared for emergency situations and adverse weather conditions
- Perform additional tasks as required to fulfill operational needs
Work Schedule:
40 hours per week, including required weekend shifts
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Capability to undertake medium to heavy physical tasks
- Familiarity with cleaning protocols and equipment usage
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping, ideally within a university or commercial environment
