At Synova USA, we are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team in the Micro Machining center in New Jersey and throughout the Eastern part of the United States.

Job Summary:

The Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and fixing laser microjet machines, supporting our customer base, and maintaining Synova's internal equipment used in testing and application development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and fix customers' machines or manufacturing processing issues via phone or in the field.
  • Maintain and repair Synova's internal equipment used in testing and application development.
  • Assist with programming, setup, and operation of CNC controlled Laser MicroJet systems.
  • Work closely with customers, internal application engineers, administrative, and sales personnel to meet customer demands.
  • Self-motivated and self-managed, with the ability to work with little or no supervision.
Requirements:
  • Technical degree with 1-3 years of previous technical experience.
  • Strong mechanical and electronic troubleshooting skills.
  • Able to read and comprehend electrical schematics and diagrams.
  • Experience with CNC machines and automation is a plus.
  • Intermediate level of analytical problem-solving ability.
  • Proven analytical skills and technical judgment.
  • Laser experience is a plus.
  • Hands-on, adept with hand tools and equipment, with strong attention to detail.
  • Safety conscious.
