Key Responsibilities- Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to guests at the start of their golf round.
- Check in golfers and provide information about the course.
- Assist guests in booking tee times and renting golf clubs.
- Collect payment and assist with merchandise sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized golf shop, ensuring all merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
- Process retail transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking merchandise.
- Assist guests in renting golf clubs and provide proper fitting and briefing.
- Report equipment issues or malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain accurate records of golf reservations, rentals, and retail sales.
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Familiarity with golf terminology and knowledge of the game.
- Computer literacy and ability to use software such as Microsoft Office and Agilysys.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and able to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work weekends, rotating schedules, and holidays.
- Lifting up to 25lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, bending, and reaching periodically.
