Key Responsibilities
  • Create detailed business requirements for functional and non-functional capabilities.
  • Gather and interpret information from multiple sources, including databases and interviews.
  • Resolve complex analytical challenges and make recommendations based on analysis.
  • Provide support for application development teams, including documenting business processes.
  • Build strong working relationships with teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Incorporate needs, wants, and goals from different business unit perspectives into project specifications.
  • Translate technical concepts to a business audience and business information to a technical audience.
  • Solve complex problems and model the business and financial impact of proposed scenarios.
  • Participate in developing estimates, project schedules, and implementation plans for technical solutions.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of project management concepts, application development methodologies, and risk management principles.
  • Skills in business analysis, data analysis, and project management.
  • Understanding of SQL and business intelligence tools, such as Tableau or Qlik.
  • Experience in financial services, particularly in wealth management, is preferred.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, and five years of relevant experience.
  • Financial services experience is required, with a minimum of three years in wealth management.
