Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to Governance and Risk Management: Help develop and implement effective risk management strategies to ensure the organization's overall risk profile is aligned with its business objectives.
  • Support Risk Assessments and Control Frameworks: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and prioritize risks, and develop and implement control frameworks to mitigate those risks.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions: Conduct detailed analysis to identify the root cause of issues and develop recommendations for corrective actions to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.
  • Monitor and Report on Risk Exposures: Track and report on risk exposures across various risk categories, including operational, compliance, strategic, and reputational risks.
  • Support Risk Appetite and Risk Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that risk management practices are aligned with the organization's risk appetite and that risk exposures are managed effectively.
Requirements
  • 6-10 years of experience in risk management, financial services, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of risk management frameworks and methodologies such as COSO, COBIT, or ISO 31000.
  • Experience with risk management tools and technologies such as risk management software, data analytics, or business intelligence tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a related field such as risk management, finance, or business administration.
  • Professional certifications such as CRMA, CERA, or PRM.
  • Experience with vendor management and third-party risk management.
