Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the safety and security of our guests and staff on the lagoon and nature trail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Assist in the coordination of tour dispatches and activities, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
  • Participate in the daily upkeep of the island and grounds, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Conduct inventories of rental equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working order.
  • Enforce all aquatic and island company policies, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and guests, providing clear and concise information and instructions.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in resort hospitality or a related field.
  • Ability to swim and respond in in-water emergencies.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Intermediate-level skills using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Intermediate to advanced verbal and written level of English.
Working Conditions

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, often in outdoor weather conditions. You will be required to stand for long periods, walk short distances, and use hands to touch, handle, or feel. You may be required to lift more than 25 pounds and work in different temperature changes.
