Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care and support the nursing process.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure effective patient outcomes.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures, including those related to patient confidentiality and data security.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
  • Currently licensed as a Practical Nurse in Massachusetts.
  • CPR certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and flexible with a strong work ethic.
