Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care and support to physicians and staff
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Conduct routine medical procedures and tests
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
- Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Massachusetts
- Experience in a physician office or medical setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
