Job Summary:

The LPN will provide high-quality patient care and support to our medical team, working under the direction of the Medical Director, Nurse Practitioner, and/or Professional Registered Nurse. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nursing principles and procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient care and support to our medical team, including vital sign collection, medication administration, and wound care.
  • Assist with clinical procedures, such as phlebotomy and EKGs, under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, medications, and test results.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
  • Currently licensed as a Practical Nurse in Massachusetts.
  • CPR certification.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a physician office setting.
  • Knowledge of Windows and PC applications.
  • Data entry skills.
