Job Description

This part-time position offers the opportunity to work with individuals and groups, providing counseling services and support. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate records. Your role will also involve collaborating with colleagues, managed care organizations, and community resources to ensure seamless care delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
  • Assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client records
  • Collaborate with colleagues and community resources to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong foundation in mental health principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Qualifications:
  • Licensed mental health clinician (psychiatrist, psychologist, LPC, LMFT, LCSW) or master's degree in a clinical mental health discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of experience providing mental health treatment
  • Demonstrated skills and knowledge in counseling and DSM utilization
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a clinical team-oriented environment
Compensation and Benefits
