Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with studio departments, production crew, and internal teams to design and implement new technology pipelines and workflows that support content creation.
- Develop and manage the Digital Content Pipeline & Digital Asset Management (WIP) strategy to ensure efficient and scalable content production.
- Work closely with leadership, business stakeholders, engineers, vendors, and information security teams to deliver a technology ecosystem that meets the demands of a high-growth organization.
- Lead and manage a global team of engineers and technical experts to ensure the successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Develop and maintain expertise in Post-Production & VFX workflows, network architecture, and cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- 7+ years of experience leading a global team with experience managing managers.
- 7+ years of experience working specifically with Post-Production & VFX workflows from a technology perspective.
- 5+ years of experience managing multiple large infrastructure projects from inception to delivery.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience creating a Digital Asset life-cycle strategy and seeing it through to implementation.
- Knowledge of network architecture & requirements used on-set and in production & post-production office spaces with expertise in planning repeatable deployments.
- Specialized expertise in Post-Production & VFX workflows from a technology perspective.
