Position Overview

The Center for EcoTechnology (CET) is in search of a proficient and experienced Senior Project Coordinator to oversee a variety of residential energy efficiency initiatives and programs. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that both immediate and long-term objectives are met while adhering to budgetary constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the setup process for projects within CET's financial and project management systems.
  • Supervise the successful execution of each project phase.
  • Develop a comprehensive plan to achieve project goals while following an approved budget and timeline, guiding the project team accordingly.
  • Maintain transparent communication with team members, stakeholders, and relevant organizational units.
  • Prepare and present progress reports and status updates as necessary.
  • Identify potential risks and implement contingency plans to keep projects on track.
  • Continuously seek methods to enhance quality and operational efficiencies through data analysis and recommendations.
  • Oversee project costs and suggest changes to improve revenue and profitability.
  • Act as the client liaison, ensuring their expectations are met and they remain engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with clients to explore and develop new project opportunities.
  • Contribute to the formulation of departmental budgets and operational strategies.
  • Communicate resource needs to relevant departments for effective program delivery.
  • Monitor progress against contractual obligations, program goals, and key performance indicators.
  • Adapt strategies in response to changes in program requirements or team dynamics.
  • Stay informed about market trends, including competitive programming and evolving policy landscapes.
  • Represent CET in meetings with clients and partners.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of successful project management experience, ideally within a matrix organizational structure.
  • Familiarity with energy efficiency or utility programs is advantageous, alongside a strong commitment to CET's mission.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to establish clear objectives and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to changes.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, detail-oriented, and organized work style.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software, with a preference for Salesforce experience.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time, remote position. Candidates must have a reliable home office setup with high-speed internet. Occasional travel may be required.
