Position Overview

Are you a passionate, energetic, and responsible individual who enjoys working with children and promoting physical activity? Amazing Athletes is a leading educational sports program designed for children aged 2 to 12, offering year-round classes that foster motor skills and fitness. We are currently seeking multiple coaching professionals in Pleasanton, CA.

Compensation

Starting pay ranges from $21 to $40 per hour, depending on your experience and dedication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Punctually attend classes, prepared both physically and mentally.
  • Engage with parents, educators, and management regularly.
  • Deliver classes in an enjoyable and structured manner, encouraging each child to achieve their motor development milestones.
  • Provide tailored instruction to children aged 2-12.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children under your care.
  • Keep class rosters updated.
Qualifications
  • Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Exhibit qualities of fun, energy, patience, and reliability.
  • Demonstrate a passion for sports and fitness, particularly in relation to children.
  • Previous experience with children is advantageous (e.g., preschool teachers, camp counselors, substitute teachers, coaches).
  • A background in fitness-related fields is beneficial (e.g., athletics, dance, gymnastics, physical education).
  • Units in Early Childhood Education are a plus.
