Job Summary:

The Field Service Technician is responsible for traveling to customer sites and installing, repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining automated equipment. This role requires a strong electro-mechanical skillset and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain automated equipment at customer sites
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Travel to customer sites within the state/region
  • Work with a variety of automated equipment and technologies

Requirements:

  • Strong electro-mechanical skillset
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to travel to customer sites
  • Experience with COmpactLogix and other PLCs (nice to have)
  • HMI programming (nice to have)
  • Variable Frequency Drive programming (nice to have)
