Your role will involve the thorough review, analysis, and preparation of submissions from contractors, subcontractors, and customers. This includes conducting accident risk assessments, preliminary hazard analyses, system hazard evaluations, and developing inspection checklists for ground and range safety, as well as orbital safety procedures. You will also engage in accident and incident investigations and analyze program development documentation for both new and existing initiatives, including design criteria, specifications, test operations, and safety equipment.

You should be comfortable presenting to all organizational levels and justifying decisions made during plan development and execution.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Analyzing safety equipment and ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations during investigations.

- Conducting independent evaluations of programmatic Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health (ESOH) efforts, approving safety releases, and integrating ESOH considerations into overall systems engineering activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, along with two to four years of related experience. Additional experience may substitute for a degree.
