- Prepare and permit construction documents, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained.
- Assist in zoning, permitting, and due diligence processes by providing required documents and interfacing with officials to resolve any issues.
- Mentor drafters and other team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Ensure the delivery of permitted projects to the construction team.
- Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent in a related field.
- Five to seven years of experience in Architectural Technology.
