Key Responsibilities:
- Support current product lines and contribute to the innovation of new products.
- Conduct comprehensive laboratory evaluations to assess material properties.
- Generate detailed laboratory reports regarding material and component testing.

Qualifications:

- Competence in statistical analysis, sampling, and 1-5 years of industry experience, ideally within the automotive or transportation sectors.

- Exhibit independence and teamwork capabilities in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Quickly learn and execute tasks with minimal supervision while taking initiative when necessary.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Regularly required to stand, sit, and walk, with occasional bending or stooping.
- May involve minimal travel to suppliers.
Work Environment:
- Work in both office and laboratory settings.
- Occasional exposure to dust, odors, fumes, and noise.
