Speech Language Pathologist Assistant

Job Summary:
Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team in East Hill, Washington. As a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant, you will work closely with our team to provide support to students with speech and language disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Speech Language Pathologists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders.
- Provide direct and indirect services to students, including one-on-one therapy sessions and group therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to develop and implement strategies to support students with speech and language disorders.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' strengths and weaknesses in speech and language skills.
- Develop and implement strategies to support students with speech and language disorders in the classroom and in other settings.
Requirements:
- Washington SLPA license
- Experience working with students with speech and language disorders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
