Key Responsibilities:

The SLP is responsible for:
  • Assessing patients' speech, language, and cognitive-communicative abilities.
  • Designing and executing effective treatment plans to achieve desired functional outcomes.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in accordance with MedSide's standards.
  • Providing services as needed across a designated area.
Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Communication Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology is required.
  • Current and unrestricted SLP licensure in the state of Georgia.
  • A minimum of one year of experience as an SLP in a home health environment.
