Local CDL Driver

We are seeking a skilled Local CDL Driver to join our team at SRS Distribution Inc. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering building materials to customers within a 200-mile radius of our branch.
Key Responsibilities- Operate a commercial vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to all DOT regulations.
- Deliver building materials to customers, ensuring accurate inventory and documentation.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
- Lead by example, promoting a safe work environment and adhering to local, state, and federal laws.
- Validate and confirm inventory loaded on the truck, comparing purchase orders and sign-off on delivery tickets.
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Ability to load and unload building products weighing up to 100 lbs. each.
- Safe driving record with no hit & runs or DWI/DUI convictions within the last three years.
- Prior commercial driving experience and knowledge of DOT & OSHA safety regulations.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age (21 for interstate or hazardous materials transport).
