Local CDL Driver

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious CDL driver to join our team at B&L Wholesale Supply, Inc. in Rochester, NY. As a Logistics Specialist II, you will be responsible for delivering building materials to customers within a 200-mile radius of our branch.
Key Responsibilities- Operate a commercial vehicle in compliance with all DOT regulations
- Deliver building materials to customers in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform pre and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety
- Validate and confirm inventory loaded on the truck
- Conduct job site inspections and document any existing damage
- Capture pictures of all building products delivered
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Drivers License (CDL)
- Ability to load and unload building products weighing up to 100 lbs.
- Safe driving record with no hit & runs or DWI/DUI convictions within the last three years
- Prior commercial driving experience and knowledge of DOT & OSHA safety regulations
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
