Position Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating and overseeing a strategic recruitment framework aimed at attracting talent from entry-level to executive positions within the organization. This pivotal role demands an individual with exceptional communication abilities, relationship management skills, proven leadership experience, and strong presentation capabilities. These competencies will be essential in fostering and sustaining stakeholder relationships while delivering customized recruitment solutions across various business sectors. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 2-4 Talent Acquisition Supervisors to support organizational recruitment across multiple functions.
  • Design and implement recruitment strategies, processes, and practices, including candidate selection methodologies.
  • Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, ensuring the team employs innovative sourcing techniques and utilizes systems to cultivate a robust talent pipeline.
  • Align recruitment strategies with the company's diversity and inclusion objectives.
  • Manage a structured recruitment program to meet business demands and prioritize filling vacancies.
  • Enhance the candidate experience by streamlining processes and leveraging technology.
  • Supervise the activities of recruitment personnel; establish annual goals and monitor individual performance.
  • Develop and track recruiting KPIs.
  • Support the recruitment team and create opportunities for skill enhancement and career advancement.
  • Collaborate with internal HR and hiring teams to define and implement recruitment strategies that align with business needs.
  • Formulate annual recruitment plans ensuring alignment with budgetary models.
  • Participate in budget reviews with financial stakeholders.
  • Manage campus recruitment initiatives and orientation programs.
  • Ensure the most effective hiring methods are employed, reflecting the business landscape.
  • Lead projects aimed at developing new programs that bolster recruitment strategies.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and renewals.
  • Maintain organized records of recruitment activities to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Manage local agency relationships, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
  • Adhere to all applicable labor laws.
Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Labor Relations, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, or progressive recruiting roles.
  • A combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the required tasks may be considered.
  • Proven ability to achieve objectives through influence and collaboration at all organizational levels.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills, capable of multitasking and self-management.
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing business growth.
  • Experience in developing recruitment programs that effectively attract top talent.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in recruitment processes.
  • Familiarity with recruitment systems and candidate data management.
  • Knowledge of system integration.
  • Experience in innovative candidate sourcing techniques, including social media outreach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on relationship building.
  • Ability to establish and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers.
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and recruitment tools.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to support business needs.
