Job Title: SME - LMS Administrator

Work Location: Plano TX – Hybrid 2-3 times a week from office

Salary Range: $1,00,000- 1,30,000 per annum

Job Description

Must Have:

  • 7+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in education, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an LMS Administrator (on CSOD)
  • In-depth knowledge of Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) LMS administration
  • Previous experience working with SCORM, AICC, xAPI standards, and other e-learning content formats
  • Strong proficiency with learning technology, system integrations, and reporting tools
  • Strong troubleshooting, technical support, and configuration management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines

Preferred:

  • Certifications such as Cornerstone Learning Expert, Cornerstone Core Specialist, or equivalent are a plus
  • Familiarity with HRIS and data migration
