Job Title: SME - LMS AdministratorWork Location: Plano TX – Hybrid 2-3 times a week from office
Salary Range: $1,00,000- 1,30,000 per annum
Job DescriptionMust Have:
- 7+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in education, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field
- Proven experience as an LMS Administrator (on CSOD)
- In-depth knowledge of Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) LMS administration
- Previous experience working with SCORM, AICC, xAPI standards, and other e-learning content formats
- Strong proficiency with learning technology, system integrations, and reporting tools
- Strong troubleshooting, technical support, and configuration management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines
Preferred:
- Certifications such as Cornerstone Learning Expert, Cornerstone Core Specialist, or equivalent are a plus
- Familiarity with HRIS and data migration
