Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Role

Our ApproachWe take a multiple-disciplinary approach to mental healthcare, providing a comprehensive range of services to support our clients' well-being. Our team of experienced clinicians is dedicated to delivering world-class care, and we're committed to making mental wellness accessible and easy to achieve.
What We Offer- Competitive Compensation: Our clinicians receive a base salary of $145,000, plus a monthly bonus based on billed hours.

- CEU Support: We provide CEU support, including earned CEU days and CEU reimbursements, to help our clinicians stay up-to-date with the latest developments in their field.
- Flexible Scheduling: We offer flexible scheduling options, including the ability to work from home or in a hybrid capacity.
- Collaborative Team Environment: Our clinicians work in small teams of 10-12 individuals, with a clinical lead for assistance and support.
- Professional Development Opportunities: We offer regular training and development opportunities, including a weekly lecture series on various mental health topics.
- Diagnose and treat mental health and emotional disorders.
- Offer individual and group therapy to patients.
- Prescribe and monitor medications when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of patient visits and progress.
- Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient continuity of care.
- Educate patients and families about mental health and emotional disorders.
- Participate in community outreach and education.
- Master's degree in Nursing, with a specialty in Psychiatric Nursing.
- Board Certification via ANCC or AANP.
- Valid state licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (based on clinic location).
- Active DEA in the state your prescribing (based on clinic location).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus, but not required.
- 2+ years of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Knowledge of mental health and emotional disorders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work as part of a team.
