Responsibilities:- Participate in the integrated care team model, working collaboratively with physicians, licensed clinical psychologists, and licensed mental health professionals.
- Provide medication management and individual psychotherapy, as well as family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed.
- Customize care for each patient, determining the frequency and duration of sessions.
- Focus on patient care without additional on-call responsibilities, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
