Key Responsibilities- Financial Analysis: Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and identifying areas for improvement.
- Performance Management: Oversee financial key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the financial health of the site and provide actionable improvement plans as necessary.
- Strategic Decision Support: Provide financial insights and guidance for strategic decisions, including capacity planning, investment analysis, and resource planning.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with cross-functional teams within Finance and Operations to align financial goals with operational strategies.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting (Or Advanced Degree with 3+ years).
- Skills: Advanced degree in finance/accounting or MBA preferred, SAP and Hyperion experience, global manufacturing finance experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, results-oriented with ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and handle multiple deliverables.

Salary ranges for U.S. locations (USD): $116,000.00 - $174,000.00. This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
