Key Responsibilities

  • Manage help desk ticketing system and develop knowledge base solutions
  • Maintain patch management and system updates

  • Manage phone systems, including UcaaS solutions
  • Monitor system alerts and handle global ticketing
  • Maintain software deployment across all endpoints
  • Create system documentation and conduct periodic reviews

  • Support users across multiple time zones (EMEA, US, APAC)
  • Manage inventory control and equipment supplies
  • Work with business-critical applications (JIRA, Confluence, MS Office)

Requirements




  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years helpdesk or systems administration experience
  • Strong Windows Server and Active Directory knowledge
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • CompTIA A+, Network+ or Microsoft certifications desired
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available)
