As an Engineer/Resident Inspector, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing engineering and construction projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engineering analyses and design calculations
  • Perform site inspections and document findings
  • Monitor construction progress and adherence to project schedules
  • Review contractor submittals and payment applications
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with project teams to address challenges and implement solutions
  • Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities

What You'll Need:

  • Education: Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field with 2+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3+ years of experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in engineering design software, construction documentation, and safety protocols.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to problem-solving and quality assurance.
