Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues or concerns.
  • Work Order Management: Manage and prioritize work orders to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage the maintenance budget and ensure that all expenses are within budget.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with residents, management, and other stakeholders to ensure that all maintenance needs are met.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a residential property management setting.
  • Skills: Expertise in repairing and maintaining apartment building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances. Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Certifications: EPA certification required.
