We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at Icicle Village Resort. As a key member of our Housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
- Clean and maintain all guest rooms to the highest standards, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
- Replenish supplies and maintain the organization of housekeeping carts.
- Conduct thorough room inspections to identify any damage, repair needs, or loss of supplies.
- Monitor the cleanliness of all public areas, both inside and out, to ensure a positive impression for our guests.
- Attend all mandatory staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
- Engage with guests warmly and professionally, providing a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
- Complete tasks as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager and/or General Manager.
- Prior housekeeping or related cleaning experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical applications is a plus.
- A desire to work in a fast-paced environment is essential.
