Job Title: Warranty Claims Specialist

This is a key role in processing warranty claims at GITI TIRE USA LTD. As a Warranty Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for managing daily warranty approvals, denials, customer claim inquiries, warranty products return, and warranty data reports. You will analyze and validate warranty claims reported by customers; identify trends of warranty claims for engineering, manufacturing or workmanship defects or abuse. Your task also includes providing technical assistance to customers through periodical visits, drafting updates of current and new policies and procedures, and participating in the review and modification of policies and procedures as assigned.

You must have at least 3-5 years of warranty/quality & Compliance experience in the tire/automotive industry. Ability to interpret technical aspects of the product manuals is essential. Strong troubleshooting abilities in claims processing are required.

The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 per year, depending on experience. This position requires medium level of travel within North America (including Canada) which may involve other areas overseas.
