- 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Strong understanding of LAN, WAN, high-capacity networks, and fiber-connected networks
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to manage change and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Familiarity with Salesforce, ICOMS, or CSG
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Experience selling telecommunications products B2B
