Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Power Electronics Engineer to join our team at Monolithic Power Systems. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing on-site application support for our EU Telecom, Networking, IPC, and Computing customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, simulate, and validate power electronics circuits to meet the required specifications.
  • Develop application reference circuits (schematic and PCB) to ensure seamless integration with our products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create technical documentation, including application notes, design notes, and articles for industry publications.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative power solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of power electronics, including buck converters, and control systems.
  • Experience with laboratory equipment, including oscilloscopes, power supplies, function generators, and network analyzers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work creatively and analytically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and a strong team player, with a passion for delivering high-quality results.
