Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of GMP raw materials in a controlled environment
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with ICH/GMP guidelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production support and inventory control
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Provide training and support to new team members
  • Participate in non-conformance investigations and contribute to the resolution of issues
  • Assist with cycle counting and physical inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain, science, or a related discipline
  • 2 years of experience in a life science industry, with a focus on warehousing or inventory management
  • Proficiency in ERP or WMS systems, with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities
  • Familiarity with material handling equipment and GMP procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a GMP warehouse environment
  • Experience in a biopharmaceutical company, with a focus on gene silencing technologies
