Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CDL A Truck Driver to join our team at Shamrock Foods Company. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for transporting and delivering dry and refrigerated products to warehouses throughout the Eastern states.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport and deliver products from company distribution centers to warehouses, including unloading your own truck
  • Deliver products, obtain signature of receipt, pick up returns, and complete logs and other paperwork related to deliveries
  • Comply with company policies and D.O.T. regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs
Requirements
  • Must have a current CDL Class A License
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have a good driving record for the past 39 months
  • Must be available to work with the demands of the department, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to drive a standard and automatic transmission
  • Must be able to install chains on tires
Physical Demands
  • Regularly standing and walking
  • Reaching with hands and arms to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls
  • Sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
Visual Requirements
  • Close, distance, color, and peripheral vision
  • Depth perception
  • The ability to adjust focus
