About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Dealership Financial Services Manager to join our team at Asbury Auto Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and insurance, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Accountabilities- Develop and implement effective financial strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage relationships with lending institutions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and improve customer engagement.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on sales, finance, and insurance activities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in automotive finance and sales.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in dealership finance and insurance (F&I) management or sales.
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in finance or related field preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of automotive finance and insurance products and services.
