Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Quality Control to join our team at Rishabh RPO. As a key member of our audit and review practice, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality control reviews for our audit and review practices across various industries.
  • Assist with the peer review process and manage any PCAOB inspections.
  • Help update and maintain our quality control manual, ensuring compliance with PCAOB, SEC, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the firm's annual independence process.
  • Monitor continuing professional education (CPE) compliance for the entire firm.
  • Contribute to the development and facilitation of training programs for staff (CPE).
  • Support the annual registration process with the AICPA, PCAOB, NJCPA, and other state registrations/renewals as needed.
  • Provide guidance and oversight on quality control policies and procedures for engagements not directly reviewed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field.
  • Active CPA license.
  • Minimum of 8 years of public accounting experience.
  • Previous experience in quality control.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, PCAOB and quality control standards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with partners and senior management.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated decision-making, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and as part of a team.
  • Creative thinker with a solution-oriented mindset.
