Homeless Services Program Manager

As a Homeless Services Program Manager with Presbyterian Children's Homes and Services, you will play a vital role in overseeing the direct administration, management, and supervision of transitional living group homes and scattered sites apartment services in the southeast region. Your primary responsibility will be to provide development and oversight of staff to ensure contract compliance, manage program implementation from intake through aftercare, and ensure resident safety and development of contracted independent living services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage service delivery to meet contract and stated outcomes, ensuring the highest level of quality and care for our residents.
- Ensure the safety of group home and apartment environments by maintaining strict adherence to licensing standards and regulations.
- Responsible for staffing programs to meet required staff/client ratios, guaranteeing that our residents receive the attention and support they need.
- Create and implement programming, partnerships, and curriculums per contract requirements, fostering a strengths-focused, family-centered approach to care.
- Coordinate and develop therapeutic, community, volunteer partnerships, and services that promote resident growth and independence.
- Supervise lead staff, providing guidance and direction to ensure effective program implementation and staff development.
- Oversee budgets in coordination with the Program Director, ensuring effective financial management and resource allocation.
- Ensure all required reporting and documentation requirements are met, maintaining transparency and accountability throughout the organization.
- Foster regular and effective communication with community partners and stakeholders, building strong relationships and promoting collaboration.
- A Master's degree in a human services field is mandatory for this position.
- Candidates must be at least 21 years old, possessing a valid driver's license and maintaining a risk-free driving record.
- Experience in the human services field is beneficial, although not necessarily required.
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
