Landscaping Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to oversee and coordinate landscaping projects, ensuring quality standards, timelines, and budgets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the landscaping team, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Plan and execute landscaping projects from conception to completion, utilizing technical knowledge in horticulture and landscaping.
- Evaluate and select plants, materials, and techniques suitable for each project, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Maintain effective communication with clients to understand their needs and expectations, providing exceptional customer service.
- Train and develop team members in landscaping techniques and plant care, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Manage project budgets and control associated costs, ensuring financial transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscaping and team management (minimum of 3 years), with a proven track record of success.
- Knowledge in horticulture, garden design, and maintenance of green spaces, with a focus on sustainability and environmental stewardship.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines, with a focus on adaptability and flexibility.
