Job Summary

Regal Marine Industries Inc is seeking a skilled Assembly Team Lead to oversee lamination manufacturing operations and ensure maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure lamination manufacturing operations meet Regal's Quality Standards
  • Coach and oversee Lead(s) and hourly Team Members
  • Train and motivate Team Members to achieve high productivity and quality
  • Communicate daily schedule with production team members
  • Track team member time and attendance
  • Troubleshoot issues on the production line
  • Work with other departments to ensure parts are completed on schedule

Requirements:

  • Ability to confirm time cards and utilize timekeeping system
  • Ability to manage labor hours to meet production rates
  • Ability to conduct employee conversations
  • Ability to lead daily meetings with large teams
  • Ability to follow safety standards and procedures
  • Ability to understand and adhere to quality standards
  • Ability to work well with diverse teams
  • Ability to coordinate production responsibilities

Work Environment:

Must be able to work in a non-climate controlled environment where ambient air temperature can exceed outside air temperature.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to bend at the waist and knees and stand for extended periods of time.

The employee is frequently required to climb into and out of the boats using stairs.

The employee must frequently be able to lift 50 pounds, work 10 hour days with most of the time being on your feet, and work overtime, whether planned or unplanned.
