As an Account Executive at Tennr, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the market.

Job Description:

  • Sales Generation: Engage with healthcare providers to sell our technology solutions, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  • Pipeline Management: Proactively manage the sales pipeline, maintaining a healthy flow of new opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • 5+ years work experience preferred, with experience selling automation/workflow/ai technologies or healthcare technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated intellectual capacity to understand the underlying technology and collaborate with clients on its implementation.
  • Demonstrated motivation and hustle, with a high-energy approach to problem-solving and taking initiative.
  • Experience working in an early-stage environment, understanding how to operate effectively with limited resources.
  • Demonstrated EQ and relationship-building skills, able to build trust quickly with clients.
  • Comfortable up to 10% domestic travel.

Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
