We are seeking a qualified individual for the role of Director of Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation. This position is pivotal in overseeing the operational, financial, and administrative functions of Cardiopulmonary and Neuro-diagnostic Services, ensuring compliance with established healthcare standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Cardiopulmonary and Neuro-diagnostic Services department, ensuring adherence to hospital policies and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to maintain high-quality patient care.
- Ensure that all staff members are competent and capable of delivering appropriate care based on patient demographics.
- Coordinate with various healthcare professionals to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Respiratory Therapy.
- A minimum of five years of experience in Respiratory Care.
- At least two years of management or supervisory experience.
- Current Florida License as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in Cardiac Rehabilitation is essential.
