Role Overview

The Sales and Marketing Executive is tasked with maximizing occupancy and revenue potential for the assigned community by attracting qualified prospects and converting them into residents. This role is pivotal in generating local interest through innovative marketing and sales strategies while nurturing a robust sales culture within the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide qualified leads through the entire sales journey from inquiry to move-in.
  • Engage in community outreach with the primary goal of generating qualified referrals.
  • Consistently meet performance metrics, including move-ins, inquiries, tours, and outreach events.
  • Respond to inquiries, conduct tours, and finalize sales in alignment with sales and marketing objectives.
  • Review closing strategies for prospects regularly.
  • Utilize the customer relationship management system (CRM) for all sales activities.
  • Collaborate with Sales Counselors to facilitate the move-in process for new residents.
  • Participate in scheduled sales calls and meetings.
  • Work alongside the Executive Director and department heads to foster a positive atmosphere for all associates and residents.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and visitors.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
  • Encourage a sales-oriented culture by contributing to marketing efforts and events.
  • Assist in training and mentoring direct reports.
  • Complete all departmental reports accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate with department heads to emphasize the team's role in sales.
  • Attend and contribute to daily meetings and company-hosted events.
  • Complete required training to maintain certifications for the position.
  • Participate in the Manager-on-Duty program as assigned.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of three years of sales/marketing experience with a proven track record.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and public relations skills.
  • Creative, energetic, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Passion for serving older adults.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Innovative approach to achieving objectives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant marketing software.
  • Preferred college degree.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Work Environment

This position operates in a professional office setting and involves standard office equipment usage. It also includes visiting Senior Living Communities and occasional travel.
