About This Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a float nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in various departments and gain experience in different clinical settings.

Job Overview

This is a 36-hour per week position with rotating shifts. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the nursing process and delivering high-quality patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and education to patients and families
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current license to practice as a RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • 2+ years of medical/surgical experience
  • A graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing

Preferred qualifications include ACLS certification and telemetry experience.
