Salary InformationRNs can earn up to $52/hour, while LPNs can earn up to $43/hour. The rate is determined based on shift and years of experience.

Job DescriptionThe primary role of the RN or LPN is to provide physical and psychosocial support to residents and their families in a compassionate and respectful manner.
This involves collaborating with healthcare providers, the interdisciplinary team, and care associates to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Developing relationships with residents and their families to understand their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
- Performing routine nursing care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring clinical conditions.
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of resident care and progress.
- Participating in care conferences to discuss resident care plans and coordinate interdisciplinary team efforts.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 6 months' experience as an RN or LPN.
- Experience working with seniors or individuals with cognitive impairment is preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, internet, and web applications.
- An active RN license in the state where you will practice.
- CPR certification.
