Buscamos un Supervisor de Seguridad Informática con experiencia para supervisar y gestionar la infraestructura de seguridad de nuestra organización. Este rol será fundamental para garantizar la integridad, confidencialidad y disponibilidad de nuestros sistemas de información y redes.

El Supervisor de Seguridad Informática colaborará estrechamente con equipos internos y proveedores externos para mantener y mejorar nuestra postura de seguridad.


Responsabilidades Clave:
  • Mantener comunicación regular con proveedores y consultores de hardware/software de red y seguridad para estar al tanto de los avances tecnológicos y las mejores prácticas de seguridad.
  • Interactuar diariamente con programadores de aplicaciones, administradores de sistemas y personal de TI para implementar medidas de seguridad, resolver incidentes y asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas de seguridad.
  • Colaborar frecuentemente con agencias locales, estatales y federales para abordar problemas escalados, preocupaciones de seguridad y requisitos de seguridad de proyectos de manera efectiva.

Requisitos:

Educación:
Mínimo un título de licenciatura en un campo relevante. La experiencia equivalente puede ser considerada en lugar de la educación formal.

Experiencia:

Demostrada experiencia en gestión de cortafuegos, sistemas de detección/preventiva de intrusiones (IDS/IPS), VPNs, soluciones antivirus, software de respaldo/recuperación y otras tecnologías de seguridad relacionadas.

Conocimiento integral de comunicaciones de área local y amplia, incluyendo administración y configuración de switches y routers de red. Al menos tres años de experiencia práctica en proporcionar soluciones de seguridad y recuperación ante desastres para sistemas de tecnología de la información. Alternativamente, cinco años de experiencia relevante pueden sustituir el requisito educativo. Las calificaciones educativas pueden ajustarse según la experiencia práctica.


Habilidades Adicionales:
Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas con la capacidad de abordar desafíos de seguridad complejos. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales para colaborar de manera efectiva entre equipos y con partes interesadas externas. Certificaciones relevantes como CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+ o equivalentes son preferidas.
